KL928 FAQ
Are KL928 bags made of real leather?
No, KL928 bags are primarily crafted from high-quality, soft washed PU (polyurethane) synthetic leather. This material offers a soft texture, light water resistance, and high durability while remaining animal-friendly. Select casual lines use heavy-duty washed cotton canvas instead.
Can KL928 tote bags fit a laptop?
Yes, larger models such as the KL928 Multi-Pocket Hobo Tote easily accommodate laptops up to 14 inches alongside notebooks, tablets, and daily accessories. Compact crossbody purses and mini-backpacks are designed to fit tablets or smaller personal essentials.
Do KL928 bags come with adjustable shoulder straps?
Most tote and shoulder bag models include two detachable straps: a shorter fixed strap (~28 inches) and a longer shoulder strap adjustable up to 52 inches. This setup lets you quickly convert the bag between crossbody, over-the-shoulder, and top-handle carrying styles.
How should I clean and maintain my KL928 bag?
To clean PU leather models, wipe the exterior using a damp cloth with mild soap, then let it air dry away from direct heat or prolonged sunlight. For canvas bags, spot clean affected areas with cold water and gentle detergent to preserve the hardware and color finish.
What should I do if a new PU leather bag has a synthetic odor upon unboxing?
New synthetic leather bags can sometimes retain a mild factory scent right out of their protective packaging. Unzipping the compartments and leaving the bag in a well-ventilated, cool room for 1 to 3 days will allow the odor to dissipate naturally.
How do I handle returns or contact customer service for an order?
Because KL928 sells primarily through online marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and eBay, all customer service requests, exchanges, and returns are managed directly through the platform where the order was placed under your account’s order history page.
